她說：「我們台灣傳統思維是，嫁出去的女兒已冠了夫姓，已是外人。如果讓她清明回來拜祭父母祖先，會分薄了兄弟的福份及祖先的保庇。」
到我張口結舌：「真的嗎？」
不可思議。

社團聯合聲明：
我們對草率加入亞投銀的馬政府提出四點訴求：
一、拒絕主權矮化
二、提出實質評估
三、程序公開透明，凝聚社會共識
四、民意基礎不足，停止政經整併
反對的五點原因如下：
一、反對台灣盲目追隨經濟強權的金融資本主義競賽
中 國跳出來籌備亞投銀的目的，無非是要取代美國而成為世界金融機構體系的新霸主，以及在區域地緣政治上，藉由撒銀彈籠絡南亞各國以制衡美國。目前看來，亞投 銀不過是過去美國主導的世界銀行、國際貨幣基金會的翻版，而後者在過去幾十年中，已被證明是先進資本主義國家對開發中國家的經濟制約、剝削與干涉內政。
這是為了各國的「金融資本家階級」的利益服務，所以這幾天出來挺台灣加入亞投行的幾乎清一色是金融界大老。除此之外，亞投銀也被認為是為解決中國本身產能過剩、資本過剩的問題，一方面可以用貸款的形式向外輸出資本，另一方面又可以藉由灑銀彈來布局亞洲，制衡美國。
至 少一千億美金的資本額，搭配中國目前的一帶一路政策，看起來的確是巨大的金融市場，是「國際商機」。然而，這些國際商機在最好的狀況下也不過是肥了巨大的 跨國企業，頂多提高一些虛浮的經濟數據，但是截至目前為止，無論是政府或經貿專家都尚未提出足以令人信服的證據來說服人民：巨大的國際商機可以轉化為國內 廣大人民的福祉。
甚至在最壞的狀況下，亞投銀這樣的超級跨國金融機構，或許還會 因為過度的資本炒作或呆帳問題而導致經濟泡沫與金融風暴，如此更將造成台灣國內嚴重的經濟問題。身為一個高度依賴區域經貿的島國，跨國金融體系的波動對我 們的產業、消費者與勞動者來說都至為關鍵，因此台灣不應該協助建立一個更廣泛、更大程度整合但也更不穩定的金融體系，反而應該從幾次金融風暴的經驗中檢討 這種無限制投入跨國金融資本主義競賽的代價。
二、中國藉著亞投行的各國資金來增加權力
以 美國等西方強權所主導的世界銀行、國際貨幣基金會在進行貸款、紓困時，時常會附加俗稱為「結構性改革」的要求，例如縮減社會福利與公共支出等「撙節政 策」，這往往造成接受貸款的國家更大的經濟困境與貧窮，更長久維持了先進資本主義國家在國際層次的經濟與政治權力，僵化了層層分工、層層剝削的國際體系。
雖 然中國主導的亞投銀是否會複製此邏輯仍是未知數，但由於亞投銀可以被視為中國試圖增加其在亞洲國家中的政治與經濟影響力，進而與美國相抗衡的嘗試，所以， 亞投銀的運作非常可能使中國得到更多的權力，這無論是對在政治與經濟上嚴重受制於中國的台灣或是對發展中國家而言都絕對不是好事。
三、對環境、勞工人權的侵害
此 外，中國之所以另開賽局，提倡成立亞投銀的另外一個因素在於：對中國而言，既有的國際金融機構如世界銀行、亞洲銀行等對於環境與勞工權益的標準過高，使得 中國無法干涉。因此可以預期的是，無論中國主導的亞投銀在未來是否會有在亞洲進行強勢經濟與政治干涉的問題，至少在環境與人權上，中國主導的亞投銀是不可 能打自己痛處的，因此未來這些接受亞投銀貸款、援助的開發中國家之環境破壞與人權倒退的問題，將只會日益嚴重。
四、黑箱過程、一人決策、賠上全國

五、意向同意書未照應有程序、矮化主權
根 據先前加入ＷＴＯ的模式，總統執行對國際組織的締約權，應該由總統委請外交部，攜帶總統簽暑、外交部長副署的文件向國際組織申請，但本次亞投行的意向書， 馬英九卻交由陸委會、交付中國的國台辦進行申請，等於在國際上公開承認臺灣是屬於中國的一部分，將台灣人民努力捍衛的主權及尊嚴一夕之間破壞殆盡。
以 上五點顯現出馬政府本次申請加入亞投銀的行為盲目跟隨銀彈規則、出賣臺灣利益、協助鞏固中國權力、拋棄環境保護及勞動權益、黑箱再現、污辱臺灣主權，一個 笨總統不可怕，笨又獨裁的總統在任期最後一年為了自己在中國的歷史定位，卻不斷想拉著全體臺灣人民陪葬，臺灣並非政府的財產，全體人民才是臺灣的主人。

聽聽這些香港、內地護法、 官員、「舊電池」的發言只覺得他們彷彿活在外星，既不懂《基本法》的真義又不明香港的現實情況。以那位前港澳辦高官、現任人大法工委副主任張榮順為例，他 大言不慚的說理解《基本法》「只能由中國的立場出發」，又說《基本法》規定的制度是國家對香港行使主權、實現管治的制度。這位張先生還認為，《基本法》的 設定並非為了某些勢力提供舞台，讓他們有機會奪取管治權，而是要實現國家治理及全國人民包括香港人的福祉。
據說張先生參與《基本法》制訂工作的時 間不短，從起草階段就在港澳辦負責一些文書工作。按這樣的背景，他對《基本法》的緣起、基礎理應有相當了解，可他的發言卻完全是行外人的胡言亂語。首先， 《基本法》的原點是《中英聯合聲明》這個國際性協議，是中國政府為了落實在《聯合聲明》對香港人高度自治承諾而制訂的憲制性文件。所以文件反映的絕不僅是 中國政府的意思或想法，還包括英國政府的想法以及香港社會的一些原則與堅持。要不是這樣，《基本法》怎麼可能讓香港法院也享有終審權？怎麼可能規定政府財 政要量入為出保持基本平衡呢？只要明白這個背景就知道，張榮順說《基本法》只能由中國的立場理解是錯誤的，是在混淆視聽，誤導公眾。
即使從中國官 方立場看，當年提出一國兩制政策的鄧小平在意的除了收回主權外還需要保持香港的特色，保持香港的獨特制度與角色，不會跟內地城市一模一樣。既然要保持香港 的特色及獨特制度，北京就必須尊重香港的想法，尊重香港的高度自治。放手讓香港人在自治範圍內（即國防、外交以外）管好自己。張榮順說只能從中國立場看 《基本法》完全是片面的解釋，是連「一國兩制」老祖宗鄧小平的意思也要閹割掉。
至於說《基本法》規定的制度包括政制不是要讓某些勢力奪取香港的管 治權及把香港變成獨立政治實體更是荒唐至極。《基本法》制度、香港的政治及法律制度保障的是港人有平等的政治權利。《基本法》第25條表明香港居民在法律 面前一律平等，第26條則說香港永久居民依法享有選舉權和被選舉權。根據這些條文，任何香港永久居民不管是否張榮順口中的「某些勢力」人士都有權參與公開 公平的選舉，只要他們在選舉中勝出就能成為議員或擔任其他公職，讓香港成為他們的政治舞台，享有政治權力。張榮順憑甚麼說不許某些勢力得到管治權呢？難道 張榮順之流認為自己比《基本法》還要大，可以重新解釋甚至重寫《基本法》的條文及精神嗎？
閹割《基本法》及香港高度自治的不僅內地官員，那些「港 人代表」也不例外。曾任中央政策組首席顧問、現在身為港澳研究會副會長的劉兆佳昨天同樣語出驚人，指香港的主要官員按《基本法》應主要向中央政府效忠，受 中央政府指示，特首不能隨便罷免他們，立法會更不可能以不信任動議逼主要官員下台。劉兆佳的說法至少有兩大錯誤，其一，主要官員跟特首一樣同時向中央政府 及香港市民負責，並向兩方面問責，也就是說，香港市民完全有權要求犯錯或表現欠佳的局長辭職下台，作為民意代表機構的立法會同樣也有這方面的權力與責任。 劉兆佳的建議顯然是要削弱市民及立法會的監察權。
此外，由特首作為特區跟中央政府部門的主要接觸點已經足夠，並可以保證不會出現政出多門的情況。 一旦主要官員自行跟內地不同部門建立工作以至其他關係，那不但削弱特首的權威，更令香港過份捲入內地的政治決策過程中，對維持一國兩制、對保持香港高度自 治不受內地部門左右非常不利。
