Russia has unveiled a 'straight flag' in response to the rainbow flag used as a symbol for gay pride.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's ruling party has unveiled a 'straight flag' to counteract the rainbow flag used worldwide as a symbol for gay pride and LGBT rights.

The United Russia party revealed the flag on the country's annual Day of Family, Love and Fidelity - the Russian equivalent of St. Valentines day, which is viewed as a dangerous foreign concoction.

The party claims the flag, showing a father, mother and three children against a plain background, is intended to honour the nuclear family and traditional Russian values.

Deputy head of Moscow's United Russia branch Andrey Lisovenko is quoted as saying the flag's introduction is a response to same-sex marriage and a 'warning against gay-fever'.

Lisovenko is also reportedly moving to ban use of the rainbow flag within Russia, including online and on social media.

The flag comes complete with its own hashtag (as all good flags should), helping Russians represent the #realfamily.

The flag's reveal comes weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court made a landmark ruling legalising same-sex marriage in all 50 states, handing a historic triumph to the American gay rights movement.

Russia and Greece have signed a deal to create a joint enterprise for the construction of the TurkStream pipeline across Greek territory, Russian Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak said. The pipeline will have a capacity of 47 billion cubic meters a year.

Construction of TurkStream's Greek section will start in 2016 and be completed by 2019. The two countries will have equal shares in the company, Novak said at the St Petersburg Economic Forum on Friday.

The pipeline's construction in Greece will be financed by Russia and Athens will return the money afterward, he added.

Greek Energy Minister Panagiotis Lafazanis said the Friday meeting was “historic.”
“The pipeline will connect not only Greece and Russia, but also the peoples of Europe,” Lafazanis was quoted as saying by Sputnik news agency. “Our message is a message of stability and friendship… The pipeline we are starting today is not against anyone in Europe or anyone else. It is a pipeline for peace and stability in the whole region.”

Greece has a Plan B and does not need European Union money, said Productive Reconstruction, Environment and Energy Minister Panagiotis Lafazanis .

“The situation is very difficult but we shouldn't allow [creditors] the opportunity to exploit us,” Lafazanis said to Russia 24 television channel.

The Greek Minister gave an interview to the Russian state-owned news station and said that the Greek government has a Plan B in case the European Central Bank (ECB) stops liquidity to Greece but he refused to give an outline or specifics about the plan. He said it is too early to unveil the plan because negotiations continue and Greece wants a beneficial solution within the European Union.

“The lack of funding from the European Union is not the end of the world. There are other sources of funding,” the Greek Minister said.

Lafazanis said that Greece is not collapsing because banks are closed. “It is not so. Yes, banks are closed, but you can see that in Athens and other cities life goes on as usual,” the Greek Minister said. “Yes, we shut down banks, but not on a whim. In the last few years, Europe has been using the wrong policy toward Greece. Now they don't want to continue the Emergency Liquidity Assistance. We were forced to defend our people, people who have savings in the banks, so that our country can progress in the future.”

The Greek Minister further said that “the blackmailing techniques the European institutions are using have a specific purpose. They want our government to take measures that will bring us to our knees… The banks may be closed but we don't have fuel or food shortages.”

Greece's political party leaders summit concluded after almost 7 hours of talks with an agreement for a common political front to find a solution and reach a deal with international creditors, following the “No” vote result in Sunday's referendum.

Under the supervision of the President of the Hellenic Republic, Prokopis Pavlopoulos, the SYRIZA-ANEL coalition agreed with New Democracy, “To Potami” and PASOK to cooperate in the negotiation proposal. The Greek Communist Party (KKE) did not agree and reiterated its long held position that it rejects any bailout deal with austerity measures. Golden Dawn party leader Nikos Michaloliakos did not participate in the meeting and Golden Dawn is not part of this common front.

The Presidency of the Hellenic Republic released the official announcement signed by the 5 political leaders.

“The political leaders' recent decision by the Greek people is not a mandate for rupture but a mandate for the continuation and the strengthening of the effort to achieve a socially just and financially sustainable agreement,” the announcement read. “The government takes on the responsibility to continue negotiations toward this direction. And every political leader will contribute respectively in the framework to their institutional and political role.”

The immediate priority is to secure liquidity for Greece's financial system .

Beyond this first need, the announcement laid out the common goals that they wish to achieve. Namely, securing sufficient financing for Greece and having credible reforms with the least possible recessionary effects. Moreover, the 5 party leaders want a strong growth program to combat unemployment and promote entrepreneurship, and finally, a meaningful discussion to find ways to deal with Greece's debt sustainability challenge.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will inform the leaders on Tuesday's Euro Summit developments.

Defense Minister and Independent Greeks (ANEL) leader Panos Kammenos, speaking immediately after the meeting, concluded that there will be a common announcement by all parties except KKE. Kammenos called this a “big day” for Greece, as the country's political parties gave power to the Prime Minister to negotiate, representing all of Greece and expressed his confidence that an agreement with creditors will be reached.

“From here on, it is in Europe's hands to understand that the solution, which is the desire of Greeks and political parties, must be given immediately so that Greece can reenter the road of growth and prosperity,” he said.

“To Potami” leader Stavros Theodorakis confirmed his support for the common front but also added that the responsibility of negotiations lies with the Prime Minister and warned that there will be difficult days with hard decisions to be made.

“We agreed that it is necessary that politicians are useful and not pleasant,” he commented on the country's future and added “We call on the European Central Bank to see that there is an effort to start negotiations.The ECB has to take under consideration the needs of the banking system.”

Theodorakis also noted that per his suggestion the records of the summit will not become public until the current emergency situation is over.

New Democracy was represented by Evangelos Meimarakis who is acting as interim party leader after Antonis Samaras resigned yesterday , following the defeat of the “Yes” platform.

Meimarakis said that the situation is currently worse than it was 10 days ago. He stressed that there is division between Greeks, but they must stick together for a beneficial deal and urged the government to find a solution as it has promised.

PASOK leader Fofi Gennimata echoed Meimarakis' sentiment by saying that the current situation in the country could have been prevented by the government who should have called this summit before the banks had to close. Gennimata also added that beginning negotiations and finding a solution must be necessarily accomplished by the government.

KKE leader Dimitris Koutsoumbas said that the only two possible outcomes, a new bailout deal with burdensome austerity measures or a Grexit, will both have painful consequences for the Greek people and thus the KKE does not align itself with the other political parties' common front.

“It is proven that there cannot be a solution that is favorable toward the people within the walls of the European Union,” the KKE leader said.

PM Tsipras Calls Greek Party Leaders Emergency Meeting Ahead of Negotiations

After a week of strong divisions and accusations, Greece's political leaders will have to turn the page and work together starting tomorrow.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsirpas met with the President of the Hellenic Republic, Prokopis Pavlopoulos, to ask for a meeting with Greece's party leaders tomorrow. The meeting will take place on Monday morning.

“Greece was and will be an integral part of the European Union” Pavlopoulos said during the meeting and added that Greece is fully willing and wanting to stay in Europe and the Eurozone.

Tsipras had announced his intention to meet with Pavlopoulos on this matter earlier during his televised speech on the NO vote result. The prime minister hopes to get the recommendations of the other party leaders ahead of the negotiations. The meeting is also an effort to promote unity within Greece, which Tsipras called for earlier today and in the days leading up to the referendum .

“Regardless of what you voted today, from now on we are all one. And it is our duty to do our best to overcome this crisis and elevate Greece again” he said during his speech.

The prime minister also reaffirmed the governments intention to return to negotiations to strike a deal with the international creditors.

“We all know that there are no easy solutions,” Tsipras said. “There are however fair solutions. There are are sustainable solutions. If both sides want it”.

The United States and Germany are prepared to engineer a coup in Greece to keep the country operating as a strategic asset on NATO’s vulnerable southeast European flank.

“A putsch in Athens to save allied Greece from enemy Russia is in preparation by the US and Germany, with backing from the non-taxpayers of Greece – the Greek oligarchs, Anglo-Greek shipowners, and the Greek Church,” writes John Helmer, the longest continuously serving foreign correspondent in Russia not connected to the corporate media.
The primary tip-off something is brewing can be detected by the presence of Victoria Nuland, assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs, in Athens in March.

visited Athens to issue an ultimatum against breaking the anti-Russian sanctions regime, and the Anglo-American think-tanks followed with warnings the Russian Navy is about to sail into Piraeus, the object of the game [became] clear. The line for Operation Nemesis has been that Greece must be saved, not from itself or from its creditors, but from the enemy in Moscow.

Russia to Rescue Greece from Bankers

Russia is reportedly prepared to help Greece as it battles the banksters on Wall Street and Brussels. It is believed a Greek exit from the eurozone will move the country closer to Russia and deepen divisions within NATO.
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras of the socialist Syriza party said in mid-June an alignment with Russia is possible and hinted Greece was “ready to go to new seas to reach new safe ports.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov and Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Russia would consider providing loans to Greece if requested.

Greek Military Sends Strong Message

On Friday a number of Greek military officers publicly called for a “yes” vote.
“Retired General Fragkoulis Fragkos, a former defense minister and one-time head of the Greek army general staff, called for a ‘loud yes on Sunday.’ In 2011, Fragkos was cashiered by then-Prime Minister George Papandreou amid rumors of a coup,” writes Alex Lantier.

Clearly referring to Tsipras, Fragkos said that “the moral values and principles that have always defined us Greeks are not under negotiation with any clueless and historically ignorant politician who is advancing his own party interest.”
A group of 65 retired high-ranking officers issued a statement citing their “oath to the Fatherland and the Flag” and warning, “By choosing isolation, we place the Fatherland and its future in danger.”

Tsipras and Syriza prepared for a possible coup in January by shuffling military staff.
“The leadership (of the military and intelligence services) was changed,” sources told Heller, “but not radically. The defense minister (Panos Kammenos) is rightist so there are no ‘radicals’ in command.”

Greek Military is an Operation Gladio Asset

US intervention in Greece is nothing new. Between 1987 and 1989 the US made a concerted effort to overthrow the elected Greek government of Prime Minister Andreas Papandreou.
Prior to this in 1967 the Greek military installed the Regime of the Colonels following a coup d’état .
The Greek military was under the control of the CIA following Greece’s entrance into NATO in 1952. Elements of the Greek military were part of the CIA’s “stay behind” network under Operation Gladio and these elements (specifically LOK, or Lochoi Oreinōn Katadromōn, i.e. “Mountain Raiding Companies”) were directly involved in the 1967 coup.

В своем письме заместитель министра информационной политики Украины Татьяна Попова особо подчеркивает, что "список не для прессы" и "публиковать его запрещено". И это понятно. Список обширный и выглядит странно даже для пропагандистов из МИПУ. Татьяна Попова вынуждена признаться, что "СБУ немного перестаралась". Ведь в этом списке оказались и такие либеральные российские СМИ как "Коммерсант" и "Ведомости", и западные медиа-гиганты - "Русская служба Би-Би-Си" и "Голос Америки". Они-то чем не угодили Киеву?

При этом министерство информационной политики Украины активно поддерживает карманные псевдо-СМИ, за которыми маячат украинские спецслужбы.

Например, проект "ИнформНапалм", позиционирующий себя как "волонтерский". На самом деле, это проект "некоторых людей из министерства обороны Украины, которые не могут светиться", о чем Татьяна Попова прямо говорит своему коллеге Артему Биденко.

Мы, КиберБеркут, утверждаем, что Украина по-прежнему далека от идеалов свободы и демократии. Действущие киевские власти как огня боятся журналистов и всеми возможными способами препятствуют их работе. Это подтверждается документами министерства информационной политики Украины. Украинский режим откровенно манипулирует общественным мнением, зомбирует население, перекрывает людям возможность получать информацию из разных истоников. 02.07.2015 г. Прокуратура Украины бессильна перед беспределом силовиков и "добровольцев"

Мы, КиберБеркут, продолжаем контролировать компьютерные сети Вооруженных сил, Национальной гвардии и прокуратуры Украины.

Сегодня в нашем распоряжении оказались официальные документы, подтверждающие тот факт, что т.н. "добровольческие" батальоны абсолютно неподконтрольны Киеву. Фактически они превратились в организованные преступные группировки, которые грабят и убивают собственный народ. За время карательной операции они настолько привыкли к безнаказанности и вседозволенности, что чувствуют себя выше закона и заповедей Бога.

Количество совершенных "защитниками единой Украины" преступлений исчисляется сотнями, и власти больше не могут закрывать на это глаза и делать вид, что ничего не происходит. Как мы видим из документов, речь идет не только о бандитской роте "Торнадо" и батальоне "Айдар", бесчинства которых уже известны всем, но и о других "добровольческих" батальонах, а также регулярных частях ВСУ и сотрудниках СБУ. Все эти преступления, которых на самом деле намного больше будут требовать расследований ещё долгие годы.

Так, согласно доклада военного прокурора Южного региона Украины П.Богуцкого только в Луганской области в последнее время служащими батальонов было совершено более 200 преступлений. Краткое описание их "подвигов" занимает целых 80 страниц.

Вот только несколько примеров преступной деятельности карателей, по-другому их назвать нельзя.

Так, согласно материалам уголовного дела бандиты из батальона "Айдар" совершили разбойное нападение на депутата Луганской областной рады Девизорова С.В., отобрали у него автомобили и другое имущество. Следователи нашли Девизорова в багажнике одного из его автомобилей.

А боевики батальона "Львов" убили жителя Северодонецка Лебединца Александра Анатольевича.

Не редкостью стали и вооруженные столкновения между "добровольческими" формированиями и подразделениями Национальной гвардии. Командир в/ч 3024 НГУ ходатайствует о награждении своих военнослужащих, задержавших боевиков батальона "Айдар".

В своем рапорте заместитель начальника Восточного оперативно-территориального объединения НГУ по работе с личным составом В.П.Пилипенко докладывает, что командование "Азова" не выполняет, а иногда и намеренно игнорирует приказы руководства Национальной гвардии.

Once again we can see that the activity of this Ministry is aimed at the injunction of freedom of speech. Ministry Yuri Stets with his agitators try to conceal the truth from the citizens and the international community, cheat them and justify crimes of Kiev's regime. Their main enemy is every journalist who tries to understand the situation and show it from all sides. That's why the best way to fight these enemies is to forbid the access way to the country or deprive accreditation and deport from the country.

Today we publish documents which clearly show what the MIPU thinks about freedom of speech.

Here we can see some directions for Ukrainian servicemen obtained from one of the MinStets' hard disks. It has several actions of how to find journalists who are interested in “antiukrainian information activity”. The document impresses by its detailed description. It's ridiculous but if you have a laptop, a memory card, a camera or other “gadgets” your entry into Ukraine may be simply denied.

And remember! It's not only about Russian journalists, but also about journalists from other countries.

Besides, we have the list of mass media agencies' employees made by SBU, who cannot have the accreditation. Deputy Minister of Information Policy Tatyana Popova in her e-letter said that “the list is not for mass media” and “its publishing is forbidden”. And it's clear. The list is abundant and it looks strange even for agitators from the MIPU. Tatyana Popova admits that “SBU overdid a little” for you can see some Russian liberal agencies such as “Kommersant”, “Vedomosti”, and some western media giants “BBC” Russian service and “Voice of America”. How come they haven't pleased Kiev?

02.07.2015 The Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine can't cope with lawlessness

of the security forces and "volunteer" battalions.

We, CyberBerkut, continue to monitor the computer networks of the Armed Forces, National Guard and the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.

Today at our disposal proved to be the official documents confirming the fact that the so-called "Volunteer" battalions completely beyond the control of Kiev. In fact, they have turned to organized crime groups, who rob and kill their own people. During the punitive operation, they are so accustomed to impunity and permissiveness that feel above the law and commandments of God.

The number of crimes committed by the "defenders of a unified Ukraine" can not be counted, and the authorities can no longer turn a blind eye and pretend that nothing is happening. As we can see from the documents, there are information not only about the bandit company "Tornado" and the battalion "Aydar" whom excesses are already known to all, but also about other "volunteer" battalions, as well as regular units of the Armed Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine. 克里米亞 – 烏俄兩國之角力場（上）

烏克蘭克里米亞局勢持續緊張，俄羅斯西部軍區於3月4日（周二）該國西南部軍區近裏海進行大規模防空演習，美國海軍驅逐艦「特魯斯頓號」到黑海，與羅馬尼亞、保加利亞進行聯合軍演。當烏克蘭前總統亞努科維奇出走俄羅斯前，克里米亞原先已計劃於3月30日提前至3月16日進行公投，由當地人決定克里米亞的命運，究竟是加入俄羅斯，還是留在烏克蘭。
克里米亞納入烏克蘭為歷史錯誤

1954年，主政蘇聯的赫魯曉夫為慶祝《佩列亞斯拉夫協議》簽訂300周年，就將克里米亞從俄羅斯送給烏克蘭
從歷史角度來看，克里米亞本身長久以來是俄羅斯的「固有領土」，早在1784年俄國女皇葉卡捷琳娜大帝已經將克里米亞納入塔夫利省的管轄範圍。 1922年蘇聯加盟共和國成立時，克里米亞在名義上被視為蘇聯的一分子，200多年來受俄化影響極深。1954年，主政蘇聯的赫魯曉夫為慶祝念「俄烏合併 300週年」，將克里米亞從俄羅斯送給烏克蘭。由於當時烏克蘭仍然屬於蘇聯加盟共國之一，這種做法只是在行政區內重新劃分而已。

「自治」沒有解決克里米亞歸屬問題
1991年蘇聯解體後，克里米亞要求獨立或重返俄羅斯的呼聲不斷，烏克蘭議會於是通過法案將克里米亞變成「自治共和國」。翌年5月，克里米亞議會通過獨立法案，建議為此舉行全民公投，但烏克蘭政府予以反對及宣佈克里米亞此舉為非法。烏俄兩國更為對於當年赫魯曉夫的決是否違反蘇聯憲法，引起激烈爭論。最終烏克蘭政府和克里米亞議會達成協議，擴大克里米亞的「自治」權利。
然而烏克蘭將給予克里米亞的「自治」只不過是權宜之計， 1994年衝突再次爆發，親俄派代表尤裡‧梅什科夫打著「獨立」、「回歸俄羅斯」及抵制「烏克蘭化」的旗幟，當選為克里米亞首任總統，實行與烏克蘭政府抗衡的政策。1995年3月烏克蘭政府採取強硬手段加強對克里米亞的控制，推翻克里米亞議會通過的獨立憲法，解除總統職務及撤消克里米亞總統職位，改為由烏克蘭政府委派總統和總理。隨著烏克蘭與俄羅斯簽署烏俄友好合作伙伴關係條約，兩國關係轉趨緩和，克里米亞歸屬的問題也暫且擱下。克里米亞歸屬問題20年多沒有得到根本的解决，克里米亞半島由烏克蘭版圖分裂出來都只是早晚的事而已。
克里米亞韃靼人因過去而仇俄
克里米亞的韃靼人雖然只佔當地人口一成，但基於歷史原因有強烈的反俄情緒。在1944年，史太林曾指出克里米亞韃靼人在二次大戰期間與納粹德國勾結，於是被集體流放至中亞和西伯利亞。至1980年代後期，他們陸續獲准返回克里米亞，但流放過程中有近半數的人已死於饑餓或疾病。俄羅斯今天的民族政策雖然較蘇聯時候為懷柔，但對於克里米亞韃靼人來說蘇聯時期的痛苦記憶猶新，故他們普遍對俄羅斯人沒有好感。克里米亞韃靼人覺得全民公投入俄一事根本是受莫斯科操控，故此強烈反對入俄。

那些來自冰寒國度-俄羅斯的都市傳說(上)

在2015年4月20日，筆者和他的友人捱過了整整3天顛顛簸簸的火車生活，終於由外蒙古來到西伯利亞的東北部，「貝爾加湖(Lake Baikal)」。
貝爾加冰湖佔地3,150,000公頃，約有28個香港那麼大，同時也是世界上最古老(25,000,000年)和最深的(1,637米)湖泊之一，擁有全球淡水資源的20%。即使我們到達時已經是四月尾，貝爾加冰湖的日間氣溫仍然只有-14度，晚間的更加不在話下。飄飛的大雪肆虐冰湖，細沙般的雪花吞噬了整個貝爾加湖畔的景色，把湖邊連綿的山脈掩蓋在灰白色的陰影裡。

當天下午，筆者和他的友人趁著風勢稍弱，便立即離開旅館，走入無際的冰湖，希望找到一個理想的拍攝地點。冰湖的冰層很厚，厚得即使在上面奔跑和跳躍，它也不會碎裂，但由於旅遊保險不保障在冰湖遇溺，所以我們還是乖乖地在冰湖上漫步罷了。
30分鐘後，身後的西伯利亞小木屋已經模糊得看不清，我們不知不覺間來到比較偏遠的位置，環繞我們的景色由城鎮和碼頭，漸漸變成直插天際的高山和一望無際的地平線，仿佛置身在北極般。據餐廳的老闆說，只要你走得夠遠，就可以看到成群結隊的海狗躺在冰湖上曬太陽的可愛畫面，但可惜我們當天看不到呢 (呃…其實餐廳的餐牌上也有海狗，但那是以別的方式“躺”在你面對)。
筆者趁著友人忙於拍風景照時，自己坐在冰湖上，細味眼前的莊麗景觀，心想著這裡究竟埋下了怎樣的都市傳說？由筆者過去幾天的經歷推斷，俄羅斯的都市傳說應該是以冰雪、饑荒、猛獸和孤寂為主軸，腳下這個冰湖會否有屬於自己的神靈？一望無際的冰湖會否隱含住通住異度空間？還是無數淹死在這裡的亡靈會在夜晚一湧而上？
但現實卻是恰恰相反。

「沒有鬼怪，只有政治的國家」

大約一天後，我們去到貝爾加冰湖附近的一個大城市，伊爾庫次克(Irkutsk)。當我們到達伊爾庫次克的民宿後，筆者便立即拿出他的電腦，敲敲谷哥大神的門，看看有沒有什麼有趣的西伯利亞都市傳說。
沒有，沒有什麼都市傳說，也沒有什麼恐怖故事，那些亡靈和神怪通通也沒有。
其實這句也不全然對的，事實上，貝爾加冰湖和伊爾庫次克均是俄羅斯鮮有「發生很多超自然事件」的城市和地區。根據記載，這裡幾乎每月也有目擊UFO 報告，更有傳言曾經有UFO墜毀在伊爾庫次克的大街，出現綠色小人的恐怖事件，而貝爾加冰湖也經常發生小孩失蹤和有龍出沒的事件。但關於這些離奇事件的記載，卻幾乎只有上述的句子那麼多，「這裡有很多UFO…」，之後就沒有下文了。這點筆者真的沒法接受，難度這裡的人真的全都是無神論嗎？
但當再挖下去，詢問民宿的老闆時，筆者便發現自己錯了。
其實筆者一開始便問錯問題，以先入為主的目光看待俄羅斯的都市傳說，認為都市傳說一定像美國般離不開鬼怪或變態殺人，忽略了俄羅斯故有的歷史背景。事實上，俄羅斯擁有很多的都市傳說，但和別的國家與眾不同的地方是，俄羅斯的都市傳說環繞的主題卻幾乎只有一個…
政治。
在和大家繼續講故事前，容許筆者在這裡簡介一下俄羅斯在上世紀的歷史，因為這和了解之後的都市傳說有莫大的關連︰
現今俄羅斯的前身是蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯盟(簡稱:蘇聯)，是世界上第一個完全奉行社會主義制度和計劃經濟政策的聯邦制國家，其佔領地方包括現今的波蘭、捷克、匈牙利、羅馬尼亞等數十個國家(雖說聯邦制，但實際權力都集中在俄羅斯手上)。在1922年成立，並於1991年解散。
對於國外，當時正值「冷戰(Cold War)」時期，以美國為首的資本主義陣營和蘇聯的社會主義陣營陷入長期政治抗爭(50年呢！)。雙方陣營為了爭奪資源和領土，不時爆發軍事衝突，例如古巴飛彈危機、越戰和蘇聯入侵阿富汗，可見當時國際政治形勢多麼緊張。
至於國內，或好或醜，蘇聯的確曾經風光一時，特別在赫魯雪夫時代。國家採取福利主義，政府為市民提供免費醫療和教育、房租也會有津貼、當中更包括了免費水費和暖氣費。
但因為國內政治鬥爭不斷，而且惡名昭彰的КGB(克格勃)滲透國內上下大小組織，監視市民的生活，並對異見人士採取私刑，甚至暗殺。這種秘密警察式的恐怖統治令不少蘇聯市民每天都過得擔驚受怕。

所以在蘇聯的統治下，政治成為了俄羅斯人民生活重心，幾乎每一件事也有政治的影子，甚至連都市傳說也被政治感染，其故事背景和因由也常常和當時的時事扯上關係，而不是我們經常聽到的鬼神類，例子有蘇聯解體時偷走大額黃金的組織「黃金黨(Golden Party)」、對犯罪集團進行私刑的神秘組織「白箭(White Arrow)」、KGB的改造士兵的化學品「紅汞(Red Mercury)」、基因改造的護主犬「史達林的狗(Dogs Stalin)」。
而筆者今天揀選了其中3個比較有趣和驚慄的都市傳說和大家詳述，它們分別是「黑色的伏爾加(Black Volga)」、「阿富汗巨鼠(Afghan Rat)」和「莫斯科的地下世界(Moscow Underground)」，希望大家好好欣賞。

「黑色的伏爾加(Black Volga)」

故事發生在1970年至1980年，故事的地點則不太重要，但如果碰巧你是蘇聯人的話，那麼發生的地點通常都是你的家鄉或者鄰近的小鎮，而受害者則是你朋友的朋友的兒子。
在當時的紅色蘇聯，不論你是男人或女人，只要你是成年人(和沒有勢力背景)便需要到外出工作，為國家獻出血汗。先不論這個政策的好壞，但這項政策的確導致不少小孩因為雙親日間不在家，放學後獨自在街上遊盪的情況，而我們故事裡受害男孩也是這些遊盪的孩子其中之一。
男孩的出身並不特別，父母只是普通的工廠工人，住在俄羅斯一條普通的小鎮，按住國家的指示過著平凡的生活，三餐勉強溫飽。在某年的初冬，學校放學後，男孩如常在堆滿了雪花的大街上漫步。男孩走路時昂首闊步，那個小小的腦袋和當時蘇聯大部份的熱血青年一樣，充斥住愛國的激情，幻想著他日長大後如何為國家效力，成為民族英雄，光宗耀祖。
就在此時，一輛黑色的伏爾加出現在小鎮的街口，慢慢逼近男孩，終結他一切的夢想。
那輛黑色的伏爾加很大而且很有氣派，它無聲無色地停泊在男孩的旁邊，車身的陰影直落在他細小的身軀上，遮蔽了照映在他身上的陽光。男孩抬起頭來，怔怔地望著眼前這輛神秘的汽車，蔚藍的眼珠先是流露出驚恐，然後是歡喜，最後是困惑。
在那個年代，無人不知汽車是生活的奢侈品，而伏爾加更是汽車中最昂貴的品牌，幾乎只有領導/特權階級/有錢人才可擁有，黑色的伏爾加更加是指名只有政府高級官員才可擁有。所以對於男孩來說，眼前這輛驀然出現的黑色伏爾加，其驚嚇程度幾乎和耶穌在你打手槍時突然出現在你床邊無兩樣。
領導為什麼會來這裡？他為什麼要在我面前停泊？難度他想交付什麼國家重任給我？回到家一定要和爸媽說，他們一定會高興死了。無數個歡天喜地的念頭閃現在男孩的腦海，一時間有點不勝負荷。
就在男孩沉醉在驚喜和喜悅之際，汽車的窗戶突然打開，坐在裡頭的人探頭出來，彬彬有禮地問了男孩一間附近旅館的位置。不知有心還是無意，但旅館的地址頭一個字母恰好是Ar聲，為了回應領導的問題，男孩一定會先張開他那張小紅嘴。
就在男孩張開小口那一刻，一陣像芥子般嗆鼻的氣體突然由車廂噴出，直竄入男孩的喉嚨，攻入他的肺部。男孩還未來得及尖叫，便已經眼前一黑，昏了過去。
之後，男孩再也沒有醒過來。
通常在數天後，人們便會在城鎮的邊緣發現孩子的屍體，肚子被膛開，內臟被挖空，血液被抽乾，仿佛是個洩了氣的洋娃娃般，空蕩蕩，赤裸裸地躺在路邊上，等待雙親前來認屍。
究竟駕駛車子的是什麼人？在不同的故事版本，駕駛車子的人的身份可以截然不同，修女、神父、猶太人、吸血鬼、撒旦教徒、甚至是撒旦本人。但當中有個最有可能的疑犯，當時的蘇聯人卻絕口不提，就是KGB(國家安全委員會)，亦即是蘇聯的秘密警察。
由於當時政治氣候敏感，KGB權力過大，綁架人口，進行黑市買賣，對異見人士進行私刑絕非稀有的事，理論上綁架小孩也不足為奇。
當蘇聯解體後，政治氣氛稍為緩和，人們才開始翻查舊時的醜聞，發現KGB真的有販賣人體器官和血液給國內有錢人或西方國家來賺取金錢的記錄，但是否真的駕駛黑色伏爾加來綁架小孩？這點真的無人敢說出口了。
我們只需要知道的是，在1970至1980的，有一輛黑色伏爾加在赤色大地上馳騁，而在它走過每一個城鎮後，都會留下孩子的屍體和痛哭欲絕的父母…

「阿富汗巨鼠(Afghan Rat)」

故事發生在1979年的蘇聯，當時正值阿富汗戰爭，蘇聯為了掌控在中東的勢力而攻打阿富汗。而今次故事的主人翁也是一名小男孩，但有別於上一則故事的男孩，今次男孩的家庭通常設定為特權階級，生活相對比較富裕(不要問筆者為什麼社會主義也會有特權階級)。
故事源於男孩一個很單純的慾望，話說這名特權階級出生的小男孩從小開始便非常渴望擁有一隻小狗，經常央求父母買一隻小狗給他作生日禮物。呃…基本上那時候的特權階級沒有什麼買不到，所以當男孩長大些時，他的父母便決定送他一隻小狗作生日禮物。
生日當日，男孩的父母駕車到附近的畜牲市場買小狗。由於當時俄羅斯的治安一般，所以父母便決定買下了一隻鬥牛㹴，順便作看門之用。
回到家後，男孩很喜歡小狗並取名為Monya。自此，男孩便悉心照顧小狗，每天也陪小狗玩耍和洗澡，而小狗也很喜歡整天黏住小主人，但唯一美中不足的問題是…
Monya吃得很多，多得有點凶。
Monya每天至少吃5餐，還不包括在花園獵殺的老鼠、兔子和小貓，它們的屍骨時常留在後園的草叢中，直到家中的工人發現。更加讓男孩的母親擔心的是，有時候晚上，她會看到Monya伏在熟睡的小男孩身上，用那雙畜牲的眼睛盯住男孩的喉嚨，流露出不尋常的慾望。為了以防萬一，男孩的母親決定不管兒子的反對，每逢夜晚都把Monya鎖在廁所裡。
日復一日，Monya的狀況並沒有好轉，反而變得愈來愈怪異。它從不吠叫，也不會像其他狗隻般玩拋球。它只會不停地吃，幾乎把所有可以塞得進口的東西都吃掉，老鼠、小貓、兔子、洋娃娃、鎖匙、豬骨…有時更會咬斷木椅的椅腳，或在木門上抓出一個大洞。
最後連男孩也受不住Monya的怪異行為，向父母提出投訴。經過討論後，他們決定第二天的早上送Monya到獸醫檢查，並把它鎖在地窖裡。但就在那一晚，男孩的父母忘記做一件很重要的事情，而這個錯誤更加讓他們後悔一世…
他們忘記了餵食Monya。
就在當晚凌晨，餓瘋了的Monya咬破了地窖的木門，破門而出，衝出來時齜牙裂嘴，目露凶光，嘴角還垂著一大串唾液，全身的肌肉繃緊，仿佛是由地獄逃出來的魔犬般凶猛。Monya憑藉它野獸的本能，衝向它認為藏有最多食物的地方—小主人的房間。
對於暴走的Monya來說，男孩睡房的木門幾乎像報紙那麼簿，躍起一跳，木門向外粉碎，穿了一個大洞。進入了房間的Monya，想也不想便第一時間跳上男孩熟睡的身軀，張開它那張血盆大口，大口大口地噬下去，數排鋒利的牙齒立即陷進男孩的頸子，狗頭用力住左一揮，嫩肉和氣管立即被撕扯出來，之後再大口吞下去，男孩甚至連尖叫的機會也沒有。
當男孩的父母趕到睡房時，一切已經太遲，男孩半個身軀已經成為魔犬的美食，鮮血灑遍房間的牆壁，仿佛是什麼低級的藝術品。男孩的父母立即打電話叫警察來(你不會預期肥腫的特權階級會和魔犬搏鬥嗎？)。當警察來到時，他們馬上連開數槍，把那隻魔犬槍斃，並拿屍體到國家獸醫檢驗。
悲劇發生數天後，獸醫檢驗得出的結果讓全部人都傻眼了。原來Monya並不是鬥牛㹴，而是一隻阿富汗老鼠！經過KSB追查後，發現這隻阿富汗老鼠是中東的恐怖份子經黑市送來俄羅斯，他們把大批以嗜血和暴食的阿富汗老鼠送來俄羅斯，希望籍此散播鼠疫和破壞農產品，來報復蘇聯在中東的惡行，而我們的主人翁不幸地買了牠們其中一隻，而釀成今次的悲劇。
而事實上，當年全世界均有把中東某些品種的老鼠當作生化武器的傳聞，例如美國有「中東人以吉娃娃作為幌子，把巨鼠出售給美國遊客」和「尼格羅恐怖分子派巨鼠在歐洲散播瘟疫」，相信這是和普遍西方世界對伊斯蘭世界不信任和歧視所產生出來的傳說…
亦都有可能是真的派出生化武器。

即使到了日間，那些那些兩米老鼠依然氣定神閒，悠遊地在月台慢步，龐大的身軀在大理石柱間穿插，腫起的肚子在說牠們吃了多少名工人。嚇壞了的職員立即屁滾尿流地跑回地面，打電話叫軍方過來，軍方幾乎不到15分鐘便趕到現場，並手持武器。雖然沒有人知道軍方到場後發生什麼事，只知道自此之後，Волоколамской站便一直被關閉禁用，直到2009年。

除了上述的停站故事外，關於Волоколамской站兩米高老鼠的傳聞還有很多，例如還未在2007年開站前，列車經過 Волоколамской站時，普遍市民都留意到列車會刻意加速，有人說這是因為政府避免市民看到那些大老鼠。亦都有傳言在2000年初，曾經有列車被滯留在Волоколамской站數十分鐘，這是因為車長看到前方路軌停了數隻兩米高的老鼠，據說也有百多名乘客也目睹那些變種老鼠。

對於老鼠來源的解釋，普遍莫斯科人都相信牠們是前蘇聯情報組織KGB在地下城Ramenki-43的神秘實驗室逃走出來的生化怪物，而相傳Metro2的路線也真的和Волоколамской站的位置很近。

那麼世上是不是真的有巨型老鼠？話說筆者有次和朋友在中環夜歸時，就看到四五十隻老鼠在兩間連鎖快餐店間遊走。而且有次在非洲，筆者也見過數十厘米長的老鼠。所以如果你們問筆者是否相信世上有2米高的老鼠，而且在我們地下真的有個「老鼠王國」的話，筆者會和你們說︰

「我相信。」

「俄羅斯篇後記︰反都市傳說的國度」

創立「都市傳說(Urban Legend)」這個詞語的美國民俗學家Jan Harold Brunvand就曾經說過：「都市傳說反映了一個社會的關注、希望和恐懼」。所有都市傳說其實都具有高度的地理性，一個都市傳說之所以在某國家/地區廣泛流傳，必定要合符某些當地的文化。

倒轉來說，每個國家/地區的都市傳說也會反映出國家/地區特色。

當中比較簡單的例子有歐美「消失的便車人(The Vanishing Hitchhiker)」和「後座的斧頭男」，它們均反映出歐美盛行搭便車的風氣以及隨之以來的隱憂。而我們香港這個彈丸之地，當然不可能容納這些搭便車文化的傳說。

相反，我們的都市傳說會比較傾向地鐡、經濟、住屋有關的都市傳說，例如「彩虹站的第三條路軌」、「油麻地站女子跳軌自殺」、「神秘的屈地站」、「丁蟹效應」、「李氏力場」、「藍田邨飛龍」、「華富地下棺材」。

那麼俄羅斯的都市傳說又對我們說了什麼呢？

筆者個人覺得，俄羅斯的都市傳說反映了當時蘇聯人民對國家的不信任，認為國家暗地裡幹了不少陰謀和不可見人的勾當(其實他們沒有猜錯)，同時也反映出對國際戰爭的恐懼，這些感覺是如此深刻，深刻得由民間傳說反映出來。

來到遊記的尾聲，我們不妨看一下近代俄羅斯的都市傳說啦？其實即使到了相對自由的時代，相對很多國家，俄羅斯仍然很缺乏本土的都市傳說，大多數的都是由外國傳入或改編版本，或許和他們那種根深柢固的民族性格有關吧？

但奇怪的是，縱使俄羅斯的本土都市傳說很少，但他們的「反都市傳說」卻很盛行，什麼是「反都市傳說」呢？

「反都市傳說」是指把恐怖驚慄的都市傳說變調，變調成黑色幽默或諷刺時弊的故事。俄羅斯人近年很喜歡把一些西方出名的都市傳說「染紅」，染成舊蘇聯風格，用來諷刺當時政策的荒謬、秘密警察的恐怖，和歌頌俄羅斯人的堅韌，以下筆者就列舉了兩個比較具代表性的例子︰

1)
「父親同志，父親同志，麻煩查看床底下的怪物﹗」我的兒子臨睡前對我說。
我馬上掀起地板查看(因為我們不能買床架)，看到一個和我兒子一模一樣的小孩躲在地板裡。
那個兒子開口說︰「父親同志，有隻資本豬坐在我的床上。」
唉，我們國家沒有時間給我們浪費！
我一把抓起兩個「兒子」，強逼他們在我面前用進行械鬥…
即到另一方死去為止。
因為唯有強者才有資格做國家的兒女﹗

2)

這是一個絕對真實的事件，是一個同志對我說，講述為什麼一個好的同志不應該用通靈板(Ouija Board)。
從前，有一名同志叫Mikhail，他有一個叫Yelizaveta的妻子，但可惜在一次拖拉機廠意外中慘死。
在灌下數桶伏特加後，Mikhail同志開始掛念Yelizaveta，她是一個優秀和勤奮的工人。
於是Mikhail同志由黑市買了一塊通靈板，希望能用它來召喚亡妻的鬼魂。
但試了幾次通靈儀式，也沒有發現怪異的事。

這個故事教訓大家，通靈板是非常危險的玩意，因為它會召喚KGB來你家並射殺你。好的蘇維埃同志絕對不會買由邪惡資本大陸帝生產的垃圾玩具呢！

回應上一篇的「阿富汗老鼠」，在那篇誤以為是狗的「老鼠」，實則是囓齒類動物，據說牠們的牙力非常驚人而且牙齒會不繼生長。但至於為什麼牠們可以被誤以為是狗，筆者只可以說是男孩的父母白痴。

這篇俄羅斯遊記+傳說記載的文章其實很高難度，筆者寫得很苦惱，重寫了3次。

其實去兩個人旅行是件很艱辛的事，特別如果你們偏好危險或偏僻的國家，你們雖然會經歷人生最美好的時光，看過最美麗的景色，但同時你們也會面臨最嚴峻的考驗，你們當中會人生病、你們會被疲勞拖垮得不似人形、你們會互相抱怨大家的缺點、甚至互相憎恨。

作為男人，筆者想和大家講，如果有個人可以陪你去過兩次旅行，關係仍然是那麼堅韌的話，男的就立即找個桃園結拜為兄弟，女的就一落機就跑去婚姻註冊處，因為這個人真的很難得，要好好珍惜。筆者慶幸自己找到男一個…呃…但可惜女的好像23年來一直也沒有影蹤。

24 червня члени Кабміну на засіданні ухвалили рішення про звільнення Шевченка з посади. Скандал навколо літака Оніщенка зіграв у цьому ключову роль.
Річ у тім, що ще з грудня минулого року, коли коаліціанти вели перемовини про майбутній склад Кабміну, парламентом циркулювали чутки, що за посаду міністра екології "Батьківщина" отримала $5 млн від Оніщенка.
Інакше пояснити факт того, як міністром став Шевченко, який раніше не мав жодного відношення до екології і партії Тимошенко, не можна.
Тимошенко, за квотою партії якої в уряд потрапили два міністри – Ігор Жданов і Ігор Шевченко, як могла відхрещувалась в ефірі телеканалу "112" від призначення останнього на посаду міністра екології.
– За нашими квотами ніяких міністрів не призначалось. І усі дуже чітко знають, що якщо прем’єр хоче звільнити міністра, то може спокійно це зробити, – говорила Тимошенко.
Але наступного дня депутат від фракції Ляшка Андрій Лозовий оприлюднив листа Тимошенко до Яценюка, де вона рекомендує призначити Шевченка на посаду міністра.
Те, що Шевченко все ж таки був призначений на посаду за квотою "Батьківщини" стало зрозуміло після публікації постанови Кабміну про його звільнення.

Дружній серпентарій коаліції

Питання про відставку Шевченка було вирішено наприкінці минулого тижня. Ця історія ще раз проявила розкол, що існує в коаліції.
"Народний Фронт" та "Радикальна партія Ляшка" як могли зі своєї сторони торпедували звільнення Шевченка.
У випадку із "Народним Фронтом" головна причина – тривалий конфлікт Олександра Оніщенка із одним із лідерів "НФ" Миколою Мартиненком через договори про спільну діяльність у державній "Укргазвидобування".
Мартиненко та Оніщенко тривалий час були партнерами у декількох проектах, але восени минулого року побили горщики. Так, в інтерв’ю "Українській правді" Оніщенко розповідав, що влітку та восени минулого року фінансував передвиборчу компанію "Народного фронту".
До того ж, Оніщенко зіпсував відносини із іншою частиною політичної сили Яценюка. Місяць тому він звинуватив главу парламентського комітету із питань безпеки і оборони Сергія Пашинського в тому, що той лобіював інтереси свого старого знайомого Сергія Тищенка. Вдвох вони нібито реалізували махінацію із конфіскованими нафтопродуктами Курченка. "Українська правда" детально писала про це у своєму розслідуванні.
У випадку з РПЛ, Ляшко ще з початку цього року хоче отримати квоту на посаду міністра екології.
Фракція Порошенка спочатку не хотіла голосувати за звільнення Шевченка із формулюванням "не можна допустити політичної розправи" та вимагала від коаліції визначитися із претендентами.
Річ у тім, що Оніщенко має дружні стосунки із президентською командою. Вони допомогли йому без проблем виграти вибори на окрузі в Київській області – БПП не висувала проти нього серйозного конкурента.
За словами співрозмовників в Адміністрації президента та серед депутатів "Народного фронту", політичний дах Оніщенку забезпечував увесь цей час глава ДУС Сергій Березенко.
Умовою голосування для "Батьківщини" за відставку було збереження квоти за політичною силою Тимошенко. "Самопоміч" традиційно умовою для голосування назвала зустріч із міністром, щоби почути відповіді на усі запитання.
Проте у підсумку партнерам по коаліції вдалося домовитися.
За словами співрозмовників в оточенні президента, перемовини з цього питання Порошенко вів із заступником глави фракції та близьким соратником Яценюка Миколою Мартиненком. Сторони нібито домовилися про посилення команди АМКУ людьми президента.
Співрозмовник в оточенні президента це не підтверджує: "Просто Порошенко зрозумів, що ця історія матиме репутаційні ризики. До того ж, велику роль зіграло службове розслідування, яке підготував Кабмін".
Квота міністра екології мала залишитися за "Батьківщиною". "Українська правда" вже писала, що позаминулого тижня Тимошенко підтримала відставку Валентина Наливайченка з посади голови СБУ в обмін на збереження квоти міністра екології за її фракцією.
У фракції Тимошенко розглядали кілька кандидатур на посаду міністра екології.
Серед них – депутати від "Батьківщини" Олександра Кужель, або Валерій Дубіль, або колишній міністр палива та енергетики Юрій Продан. Але ці кандидатури не задовольнили учасників коаліції. Проти Кужель виступили в "Народному фронті". А президент сказав, що не хоче бачити Продана на посаді міністра екології.
Як писала "Українська правда" ще минулого року, саме з ініціативи президента минулого року розпочалося розслідування контрактів на імпорт вугілля з Південної Африки. Продан був одним із фігурантів цієї справи та мав декілька зустрічей із Порошенком на Банковій, під час яких звітував главі держави про платіжні документи та усі контракти, що були підписані українською стороною з цього питання. Саме тоді між Проданом і президентом не склалися.
У підсумку Тимошенко сказала, що не буде виносити кандидатуру від фракції на голосування. Сторони домовилися про компромісну фігуру, яка "не викликала би питань".
У четвер, 2 липня, на засіданні фракції близький товариш Порошенка Ігор Кононенко заявив, що БПП буде виносити на голосування до зали кандидатуру Володимира Бучка.
До цього Бучко очолював департамент правової міжнародної діяльності Мінекології. За словами Ляшка, цю кандидатуру запропонував безпосередньо Кононенко, який дійсно має вплив на кадрові призначення з боку президентської команди.
У президентській фракції наполягають, що одразу після відставки має бути проголосоване призначення нового міністра екології.
– Поки міністерство залишатиметься без голови, Яценюк може розставити менеджмент Ляшка на ключові служби, – допускає один із депутатів від БПП.
– Інформація про те, що ми там когось розставляємо – не відповідає дійсності, – коротко відповідає депутат від "РПЛ" Лозовий, хоча і припускає, що питання про призначення нового міністра затягнеться.
Ляшко, який раніше неодноразово на Раді коаліції вимагав віддати йому міністерство екології, категорично заперечує цей факт у спілкуванні із пресою.
– Ми одразу сказали – нащо нам це міністерство – там одна корупція, – обурювався в розмові з "Українською правдою" Ляшко.
Також він додав, що під час узгодження кандидатур до уряду, Шевченка за квотою РПЛ йому пропонував особисто голова Адміністрації президента Борис Ложкін, а потім ця людина "виплила" у Тимошенко.
– Він мені телефонував і говорив, що є гарна людина на посаду міністра екології, мовляв, візьми до себе, але я відмовився, – говорить Ляшко, який влаштував медіа-атаку на Шевченка.
Він не тільки оприлюднив факти користування Шевченко приватним літаком Оніщенка. Декілька тижнів тому він також видав інформацію про те, що у січні 2015 року Ігор Шевченко звернувся з поданням до уряду про призначення Петра Матвєєва головою Державної служби геології та надр України. Матвєєв, як виявилося, працював у структурах Оніщенка, а під час парламентських виборів 2012 року був його довіреною особою.

Ображений міністр

Шевченко мав декілька спроб переконати депутатів не голосувати за його відставку. Деяким – навіть телефонував.
У вівторок 30 червня міністр прийшов до парламенту, роздав в кулуарах кілька інтерв’ю журналістам і завітав на засідання фракцій "Самопоміч" і "РПЛ".
На останньому йому довелося несолодко. Конструктивної розмови не вийшло – Ляшко кричав на Шевченка, а Шевченко – на Ляшка.
– Я вам поставлю питання, яке вас заспокоїть, – почав Ляшко, вставши зі стільця, – скільки разів ви в цьому році літали на літаку Оніщенка?
– Олег Валерійович, заспокойтесь будь-ласка з цими літаками. За всі перельоти у своєму житті я платив з власної кишені. Пан Оніщенко до мене не має жодного відношення. Я літав у свої вихідні, і не ваша справа вимагати від мене, куди я літаю у свої вихідні, – кричав Шевченко, додаючи, що не пам’ятає, скільки заплатив за перельоти.
– У мене є заощадження, за які я можу літати в тому числі на чартерних літаках, – пробував вставити слово в монолог Ляшка міністр екології.
Пізніше він сказав, що заплатив за переліт близько $1000 в чартері, де летіли окрім нього ще вісім людей.
– Як чартер може коштувати стільки грошей? У нас от Сергій Скуратовський (нардеп від РПЛ, який за твердженням Ляшка оплачує його чартери – УП) розбирається, він каже, що не може стільки коштувати – значно дорожче, – обурювався Лозовий після засідання фракції.
