NeoOffice is a complete office suite for Mac OS X. NeoOffice :: Open at Launch menu to open Calc or Impress instead of Writer at launch.
The NeoOffice :: Open at Launch menu allows you to choose which type of document to open when NeoOffice is launched. By default, NeoOffice opens a Writer document when launched. However, many of our users have requested that we provide an easy way to make a different document type such as Calc or Impress open when NeoOffice is launched so we have added the NeoOffice :: Open at Launch menu.
When a user selects one of the document types listed in this menu, NeoOffice will open the selected document type the next time that you launch it. Also, users can select the "- None -" menu item to only show the Mac OS X menubar when NeoOffice is launched. The screen snapshot to the right shows the NeoOffice :: Open at Launch menu with Calc set as the document type to open at launch.

File :: Browse All Versions menu to restore previous versions of your documents.
In Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, Apple added a new feature called Versions that allows applications to save and restore previous versions of your document. Using this new feature, saving a document causes Mac OS X to keep a copy of your document before any changes are saved so that you can restore any of the previous versions of your document.
The NeoOffice engineers have implemented this new Mac OS X feature and saving a file will automatically keep a copy of your document before any changes are saved. Also, by selecting NeoOffice's new "Browse All Versions" menu, you will be able to restore any of the previous versions of your document in Apple's document version browser.

Native Mac OS X text highlighting.
NeoOffice draws highlighted text the same as Apple's Safari and TextEdit applications. Recent versions of OpenOffice attempt to emulate native Mac OS X text highlighting by drawing a very light shade of the system highlight color on top of the highlighted text. However, many of our users have requested that we support full native Mac OS X text highlighting behavior in NeoOffice so we have rewritten the text highlighting code in NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice code to draw highlighted text the same as Apple's various Mac OS X applications.

Native file locking to safely edit files in iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or network drives.
Because Microsoft Office and iCloud Drive use Mac OS X native file locking, NeoOffice also uses Mac OS X native file locking to prevent a collision when NeoOffice, Microsoft Office, or iCloud Drive users on different computers save the same file simultaneously.

Support for Mac OS X Services.
In NeoOffice, many of the menus within the NeoOffice :: Services menu will be enabled whenever you highlight data in your document. When you select any of the submenus in the NeoOffice :: Services menu, the highlighted data will be sent to the Mac OS X application that matches to the Services menu that you select. NeoOffice also supports Mac OS X services that change the highlighted data in your document.

Native floating tool windows.
In OpenOffice, many floating tool windows such as the Styles and Formatting and the Color windows look and behave like document windows. Also, other floating tool windows such as the Bullets and Numbering and the Table windows look and behave like Windows floating tool windows. But in NeoOffice, all floating tool windows in NeoOffice will be native floating tool windows. This means that they will look and behave like floating tool windows in most other Mac OS X applications. They will have the small window titlebar, all of the floating tool windows will float above the document windows, and when NeoOffice is not the active application, all of the floating tool windows will automatically be hidden until NeoOffice becomes the active application again.
Menus available when no documents are open
OpenOffice has only a very minimal set of menu items available if no documents were open. But in NeoOffice, menus are available even when no documents are open. This feature allows users to access some of the frequently used menus such as the Recent Documents and NeoOffice Help menu items that previously were not accessible unless you opened a document first.

Command-clicking on window titlebar.
In most Mac OS X applications, whenever a previously saved document is opened, a small icon will appear in the window's titlebar. Command-clicking on this icon will display a popup menu that lists the file name and the folders that the file is in. Clicking on any of these items will open the Finder.

What's New in Version 2015.
This version of NeoOffice fixes the following bugs:
• After starting a slide show from a presentation document that is in full screen mode, exiting the slide show would disable the OS X menubar until the presentation document was closed
• When opening a document while in full screen mode that contains linked but not embedded images or OLE objects, NeoOffice would shrink the newly opened full screen mode window
• When saving certain documents that contain embedded images or OLE objects, NeoOffice would would fail to save one or more of the embedded images or OLE objects
This version also fixes the follow bug. Special thanks go to the engineers at LibreOffice who identified and provided a fix for this bug:
• NeoOffice would crash when opening certain Microsoft Word .doc documents

0.9.22 contains fixes for i2psnark getting stuck before completion, and begins the migration of router infos to new, stronger Ed25519 signatures. To reduce network churn, your router will have only a small probability of converting to Ed25519 at each restart. When it does rekey, expect to see lower bandwidth usage for a couple of days as it reintegrates into the network with its new identity. If all goes well, we will accelerate the rekeying process in the next release.
I2PCon Toronto was a big success! All the presentations and videos are listed on the I2PCon page.
As usual, we recommend that you update to this release. The best way to maintain security and help the network is to run the latest release.

Post-install work

After running the installer on windows, simply click on the "Start I2P" button which will bring up the router console, which has further instructions.
On Unix-like systems, I2P can be started as a service using the "i2prouter" script, located in the directory you selected for I2P. Changing to that directory in a console and issuing "sh i2prouter status" should tell you the router's status. The arguments "start", "stop" and "restart" control the service. The router console can be accessed at its usual location. For users on OpenSolaris and other systems for which the wrapper (i2psvc) is not supported, start the router with "sh runplain.sh" instead.
When installing for the first time, please remember to adjust your NAT/firewall if you can, bearing in mind the Internet-facing ports I2P uses, described here among other ports. If you have successfully opened your port to inbound TCP, also enable inbound TCP on the configuration page.
Also, please review and adjust the bandwidth settings on the configuration page, as the default settings of 96 KBps down / 40 KBps up are fairly slow.

Updates from earlier releases:

Both automatic and manual upgrades are available for the release.
Automatic updates
If you are running 0.7.5 or later, your router should detect the new release. To upgrade simply click the 'Download Update' button on your router console when it appears.
Due to a bug in release 0.7.6, those whose first I2P installation was that version and have not upgraded manually may get a "downloaded version is not greater than current version" error, and should use the manual update method below.
If you are running 0.7.4 or earlier, please see the 0.7.5 release notes for important information about how to configure your router to automatically receive the release.
If you are running 0.6.1.30 or earlier, please see instructions for important information about how to configure your router to automatically receive the release.
  1. If you have reconfigured your router following the instructions, you should see a link on your router console allowing you to download and install the new release by just clicking on that link.

 兩岸領導人在新加坡的會面，至今餘音裊裊，美國《華爾街日報》周末一篇專文指出，當中國國家主席習近平跟馬總統握手那一刻，也就是他選擇認同台灣民主、或是硬碰硬衝突的歷史性時刻。

文中指出，美國一直關注臺海兩岸的軍事對峙，甚至不排除可能演變成核子戰爭，美國當然不會為了保衛台北而動搖本土的沿海城市，所以華府當局一直採用策略性的曖昧，來談其對台的保衛承諾。

文中表示，馬總統競選承諾是改善兩岸關係，但台灣民意認為他太急進，民調支持度跌到20%上下，所以他盼望歷史性會面成就其歷史地位，至少大家會記得馬習會。

外 界比較困惑的是習近平為何願意參加馬習會，也許如同一般人所說，他希望在明年大選助國民黨一臂之力，但此舉不可能成功，國民黨在選情大幅落後。專文認為習 是個多變的領袖，作風大膽難測，中國強人政治總是時而強硬時而放鬆，軍事、外交雙向同步施壓，最近美國才為了中國在南海填海造礁，跟中國鬧得不愉快，參加 馬習會也許是習近平伸出的求和橄欖枝，不僅是對台灣，也是對美國表達善意。還有人揣測，習近平到白宮與歐巴馬總統平起平坐，到白金漢宮與英國女王共進晚 宴，想借馬習會擦亮自己的外交招牌。

但還有一種可能是，習近平真心要跟台灣破冰，把兩岸領袖接觸變成常軌，日後也可能跟不接受「一中」的蔡英文會面。

這 是外界沒見過的新作法，習近平不論是在香港爭直選問題，或是新疆自治問題中國都表現得很沒彈性。對台的轉變其實可能獲得中國民眾的認同，畢竟台灣是華語世 界的民主代表。習近平若同意在不強調「一中」的原則下與台灣領袖會面，習近平等同承認台灣一直珍惜的價值觀：多黨政治、多元文化，守秩序，台灣的特質讓每 年數百萬陸客讚嘆不已，繁榮祥和的社會，不受強鄰影響而自足。

不管哪位台灣領導人與北京談判，民主都成了這位領導人的束縛，^^如蔡英文^^拒絕接受「一中」價值，未來藍營領導人也不見得能改變，畢竟台灣大多數選民都滿足於「維持現狀」，不想宣告獨立，也不願跟中國統一。

同 樣重要的是，台灣大部分民眾認同台灣是自己的國家，不吃「骨肉相連、血濃於水」這一套，很多台灣民眾厭惡中國把台灣視為中國一省的說法。很多台灣人至今仍 認為日本統治期間把台灣管治得較好，勝過國民黨的貪腐無能。有些台灣人把「一中」跟國民黨過去的高壓統治畫上等號，對國民黨的白色恐怖與人權記錄反感。

習 近平嚴格箝制網路言論，限制民間組織、控制校園意識型態，台灣人也沒有好感，誠如奧斯汀學院中國學者羅傑斯（Donald Rodgers）所言，台灣人從來沒有興趣要跟中國統一，兩岸關係已到轉捩點，他們不想接受中方「台灣問題是家務事」的說法，他們希望雙方主權對等，平起 平坐。

蔡英文顧問黃育徵對《華爾街日報》表示，蔡英文不反對兩岸領導人會談，但反對像馬英九這樣秘密作業，也不接受所謂的「一中模式」， 黃表示他自己雖然祖先來自中國大陸，但文化、社會、政治上都更認同台灣，只有某些狀況他會勉強承認自己算中國人，他認為兩岸關係「必須用不同心態」來看， 換言之，「一個中國」可以拋開了，台灣人完全無法想像如同香港那樣的「一國兩制」，無法接受解放軍踏上台灣土地，不管是和平進駐，或是兩棲登陸，都很難接 受。

分析家說，如蔡英文堅持不接受一中，習近平會藉由減少陸客、搶奪邦交國來逐步勒緊台灣。習近平也有可能反其道而行，承認台灣的民主，提議兩岸組成鬆散的聯邦，不過中國官媒新華社明示，如無一中共識，一切免談。

 日本、新加坡、菲律賓提升保安警戒級別，菲律賓總統阿基諾三世表示會展開全面戒備，確保下周在馬尼拉舉行的亞太經合組織（APEC）峯會順利進行。沙地阿 拉伯外長朱比耶指襲擊「有違所有宗教、道德、倫理」，並顯示打擊恐怖主義的重要性。聯合國、北約、歐盟等國際組織譴責事件，聯合國秘書長潘基文指恐襲行為 卑劣，相信法國政府有能力在短時間內將策劃者繩之於法。

世界各地都有活動悼念死難者。澳洲悉尼歌劇院、加拿大多倫多市政廳，以及遭遇9.11襲擊後重建的紐約世貿中心一號大樓等，亮起法國國旗的三色燈光以示支持。
