被梁振英們鄙視的道德約束力
港大畢業生議會三個月內舉行兩次特別會員大會，以大比數通過有關副校任命、校委會主席任命的議案，彰顯了港大校友捍衞學術自由、校園自主等核心價值的決
心。但是，這些良心議案只有道德約束力，對有關任命的運作並沒有法律或制度上的約束力，會否被採納完全取決於當權者的心態。而梁振英及港大校委會中的梁粉
等親共人士，一再鄙視這些議案、鄙視這種道德約束力，校友和公眾徒喚奈何？
根據《港大條例》成立的畢業生議會，有權選出成員加入校董會、討論大學 事務、與大學管理層溝通，但通過的決議，對大學運作並沒有實質的約束力，只具道德意義。港大畢業生議會兩度舉行特別大會，9月1日高票通過的議案未被校委 會採納，11月29日的投票主要是跟進上次議案。問題是，梁振英大有可能隔一段時間後再任命李國章出任港大校委會主席，屆時，港大校友還能做甚麼、還要做 甚麼？

反道德言行不會到此為止
港大畢業生議會通過的良心議案，本來應讓梁振英、李國章、盧寵茂等人感受到有自律需要、有道德約束力，但中港官場的融合、香港核心價值持續被蠶食，已令梁 振英政府諸多高官、港大校委會諸多名人陷於道德崩壞。如果拿他們的言行去對照德國哲學家康德等人對道德約束力的論述，顯而易見的是，梁振英之流的非理性、 反道德言行，不會到此而止。德國哲學家康德認為，道德約束力源自理性的人具有遵循法則的能力，兼且會追問自身的行動準則是否能成為普遍的道德法 則，而後人又對康德的道德約束力說概括出三重意義，一是道德要求一體適用，人們無所逃；二是道德要求具有權威，若有人忽略道德的要求，則此人可說是非理性 的；三是道德所要求的權威是至高無上的，其他一切考慮如與道德要求衝突則必須放棄。以梁振英之流的好鬥，還會接受道德約束力嗎？對他們來說，利益顯然比道 德更有約束力，梁振英委任李國章出任港大校委會主席只是時間問題，李國章把港大鬥得烏煙瘴氣只是時間問題。
不影響運作良心議案徒勞
可悲的是，從港大畢業生議會兩次投票人數及影響來看，良心議案的道德約束力也在下降，不只親共報章譏諷，港大畢業生議會有成員16萬、只有4,400多人 投票不具代表性，連一些本土派組織對議會以新的議案批評否決議案者也大加嘲笑。面對無視道德約束力的梁振英之流，以議案表達民意、展現道德要求，不是不需 要，而是遠遠不夠。校委會運作不曾受議案影響，議案所提的要求根本擺不上議程，無恥者可以照樣在會上大放厥詞，個別委員的不滿也好，畢業生議會的抗議也 罷，又有何影響？一旦梁振英委任李國章出任校委會主席，再對他們提出任何道德要求的議案都是徒勞的。只有圍堵校委會、罷課等抗議行動，直接影響校 委會運作、影響港大運作，才可能觸動他們去反省。當然，他們也可能被激怒而採取更非理性的行動，從而引起更多港大校友、更多市民加入抗議，港大或許可因此 經歷鳳凰湼槃而浴火重生，總好過像現在這樣被溫水煮蛙、慢性死亡。

「有甚麼人民，就有甚麼政府」，然則中共政府應甚得人民擁戴。事實卻大有徑庭。請看八月 以來幾則新聞：在浙江，電腦工程師王一波因侵入電視台電腦系統，播出「我們的人權遭剝奪，我們的家園一直遭敵人佔領」等心聲，被中共判處十二年監禁；在新 疆，和田市村民胡東白地格殺七個國家安全部人員，網上不少人稱快，說「國安比公安更加惡心」；在廣西，中共國慶前一天，柳城縣突然連環爆炸一十八次，襲擊 目標包括鎮政府大樓、監獄、畜牧局宿舍等；在廣東，廣州市民項逢選創立民選黨，鼓吹武力推翻中共，事敗被擒；在江西，鄱陽湖畔逾萬居民雲集，抗議當局破壞 環境，遭近千武警鎮壓，霰彈槍砰砰亂響，每一響就有七、八顆橡皮子彈飛出，直打得抗議者肉綻骨折，倉皇星散。其他類似事件，不知凡幾。當然，對陳雲來說， 這些人一律是「暴徒」。
